Tik Tok: “Promote” – a new ads option

After launching new experiments and achieving success in recent weeks, Tik Tok has decided to add the Ads option to its application.

Like Facebook Boost, this feature boosts retailers’ and brands’ posts.

According to the information posted in the blog, Tik Tok informed: “Starting this month, Ads are available to help businesses reach more people and grow their communities with their TikTok videos. With Ads, you can turn any organic TikTok video into an ad, right within the app. You can start reaching new audiences, building a following, and driving traffic to your business website.”

To assess whether ads are relevant to the audience’s intent, ad campaigns integrate audience insights.

By going to “Settings and Privacy” and clicking “Business suite” to find the “Promote” button, or by clicking on the video they want to promote, advertisers can apply this option to their post.

You need to set goals for your campaign such as views, visits or follows to help your ads run better, you also need to consider your budget and ad time to make your post eligible to run.

Once the campaign is approved, it will be measured by Tik Tok.
